We guide individuals on a journey of self-discovery, helping them overcome challenges, find alignment, and embrace joy in their lives. Biography
Welcome! I’m Jennifer Jervert, a dedicated social worker, Professional Health Educator, Trauma-Informed Practices Facilitator, Safety and Wellness Educator, Strategic Business Advisor, Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, and the proud founder of the Peaceful Flow Method. I am also certified in Conscience Human Performance (CHP) through Zerkers and have advanced studies in clinical and behavioral social work, further enriching my ability to guide individuals and teams toward mindful, purpose-driven success.
With a wealth of experience spanning social work, health education, and organizational development, I am passionate about fostering well-being and harmony by prioritizing the power of human relationships.
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of advocating for individuals facing adversity, witnessing firsthand the profound impact of positive change. Rooted in the principles of community, peace, and joy, the Peaceful Flow Program empowers individuals and organizational teams to overcome challenges and experience a state of collaborative flow.
I believe deeply in the importance of fostering meaningful connections—both with oneself and with others. By nurturing these connections, individuals and teams can achieve a greater sense of purpose, balance, and joy. This collaborative approach not only drives organizational success but also contributes to building secure, captivating, and peaceful communities.
Throughout my career, I’ve held various leadership roles, including Director of Risk Management and Assistant Director of Quality Assurance and Staff Training. These positions allowed me to refine my expertise in developing leadership programs, facilitating impactful training sessions, and fostering open communication and collaboration among team members.
To create supportive and cohesive environments, I’ve implemented strategies such as team-building activities, workshops on active listening and conflict resolution, and clear communication protocols. My ultimate goal is to promote transparency, trust, and enhanced productivity, leading to greater job satisfaction and success.
