I spend years in human services giving everything I had until I had nothing left to give. I created the peaceful flow method for people like us: The givers, the feelers, the healers. This work is what I wish I had when I was starting out – tools to care for my nervous system, protect my purpose, and lead without loosing myself.

Jen created a space where I felt safe and could share my vulnerability. She supported me in resetting my nervous system and feel comfortable in my body again. As a result, I’ve become a much more confident and courageous leader in the world.
